Getting to know your EV includes letting your EV get to know you. With your key fob nearby, your EV will be ready to light up, open up, start up and more as you approach. Every tech feature is intentionally designed for ease and to take your EV experience to the next level.

AutoSense Power Liftgate

On Equinox EV and Blazer EV, you can open your liftgate hands-free by approaching the rear of your vehicle.

Animated Lighting

You’ll be greeted by stylish walk-up and walk-away lighting on select Equinox EV, Blazer EV and Silverado EV trims. The front lighting also indicates your EV’s state of charge, so you know when it’s time to hit the road.

More smart features

Keyless access

Chevrolet EVs come with a convenient keyless access system. As you approach your EV, it will sense your key fob and, on Equinox EV, activate the flush door handles to pivot outward for easy entry.

Hands-Free Start/Buckle to Drive

The days of turning a key or pressing a button are over. Hands-Free Start automatically detects the key fob, so you can just get in, tap the brake and shift into gear, and you’re ready to go. Remember, with Buckle to Drive enabled you’ll need to buckle up before you can shift gears.

Electronic Precision Shifter

On Equinox EV and Blazer EV, the electronic shifter makes it easy to choose a gear and identify the selected position.

Powered charging door

On Blazer EV, plugging in is very impressive. Responsive design allows easy access to the charging port at the press of a button. Plus, it automatically closes when you put Blazer EV in Drive — just in case you forgot.
